A user who wishes to return a product must address this request directly to the Seller. In case, when a dispute cannot be resolved, VAST HILLS may assist in the following manner described below.

 
 

Expedited return

 
To speed up the return process, when the Buyer is dissatisfied with the product, but the product has no flaws, VAST HILLS writes off MAGK Points from the Seller’s account. The buyer simply then can reupload the received product back onto the platform. 
 
VAST HILLS provides the Buyer with the opportunity to put a previously purchased product back on the platform and get back all spent MAGK points (M). This is possible when the product is not damaged, does not match the style or design, or was simply purchased by mistake.
 
In this return option, the seller’s rating does not decrease and his MAGK points (M) are not written off towards the buyer.
